Consultations ~ One-on-one with the homeowner to discuss the current issues they are having and possible solutions. $150 Flat Fee. Time can be used for paint color selection, accessory advice, or redesign discussion for ways to utilize what you already have.   Floor Plan Design/Traffic Flow ~ $200 Flat Fee. Not sure how to place your existing furniture in your new home? Thinking of buying new furniture, but not sure if the space is right for it? This is the service that you need.   Residential Redesign (One Day/One Room Makeover ) ~ Implementing the actual redesign as discussed in the original consultation. $350 Flat Fee. My team will work with your existing furniture and accessories, and provide a wonderful new look. An initial consultation is required to help access the area, working with the homeowner for the desired look and feel for the space. A credit of $25 will be offered on this service when completed as a thank you for the consultation noted above. Additional rooms same day of the service priced accordingly. Second full room $325, tops of kitchen cabinets $150, Foyer $125, Powder Room $125. Real Estate Consultations ~ Working with the real estate agent and the current homeowner to discuss maximizing the saleability of the home. $150 Flat Fee.   Staging (Occupied Home) ~ Staging the home so potential buyers can see the inner beauty of the home, complimenting the curb appeal. Consultation for recommendations $150 Flat Fee. Staging the entire home with the existing furniture and accessories (1600 sq ft – 2100 sq ft) $1500 Flat Fee/ (2200 sq ft – 3200 sq ft) $2500 Flat Fee.
Paint Color Consultations ~ See Consultations, above. Custom Window Treatments ~ Consultation $150. Consultation fee will be applied toward your custom order. Shopping Services ~ Shopping for Accessories, Lighting and Furniture is available and will be discussed during the consultation period. There is never any obligation to purchase accessories brought in for any redesign.
